Cancellation Policy

At Deccan Woods & Trails, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional and immersive eco-tourism experience. To ensure that our operations run smoothly and to maintain the highest standards of service, we have implemented a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

Please Note:

  • Once bookings are confirmed, they cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to all services and packages offered by Deccan Woods & Trails, including but not limited to accommodation, activities, and guided tours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All request for cancellation of confirmed booking has to be received through email (Used while booking) and cancellation should be initiated through our website only.
  • 90% of the booking amount will be refunded, if cancelled 15 Days before check in date/time.
  • 50% of the booking amount will be refunded, if cancelled between 48hours to 14 Days before check in date/time.
  • No refund for no show & if cancelled less than 48hours before check in date/time.

Post/Preponement Policy:
  • Postponement / Preponement is free if requested 7 Days before check in date/time (Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation is allowed).
  • 20% of the booking amount, if requested between 3 Days to 6 Days before check in date/time.
  • 50% of the booking amount, if requested within 24hours to 3 Days before check in date/time.
  • No modification, if requested within 24 hours to check in.
